                                                                   TRAVERL  (  16  )                                   It is usual that some part of the country is on the  grip of wild fire due to vast forest areas and hilly surroundings with tall big trees .Catching of fire is quite easy  with breeze assisting the guttings. Smokes are easily carried by the breeze which normally obstructs  the vision when you  drive on roads! One has to be very careful on such occasions.                                                                                TRAVEL  (  15  )                                On 14th, August, all of us went to Sanfrancisco Bay area to have  a closer  look of  landing and taking off  by the flights.                                                                    TRAVEL  (  14  )                     After our visit to Berkeley, all the four of them became very busy due to various reasons.A1and A2  had additional work load in  the school programme. Cheenu had to regularize his work permit tendering a lot of applications which made him tied to his desk.My return to  India  on the 10th July was shifted indefinitely due to the cancellation of international flights.                                                                                TRAVEL  ((13  )                                            On, 4th June, we greeted Udhai on his date of  birth.Though in foreign soil, the whatsapp contact made me every  time feel that I am only in India, mostly in Chennai ,some times at Bombay and Bangalore.Communication through whatsapp, by message or voice message, whatsapp call with or without video  made me not to feel distance.                                           TRAVEL (  10  )                                                 11th  March , Wednesday had  an ideal weather condition for an outing. The Sun was bright  through out and the evening was pleasant without much of cold.C and myself left home at  4  30 pm . We picked up Aaraadhanaa from her play school and directly went  to the Catemeran  Park, which was a vast pleasant area with a lot of greenace , surrounded by water body , a number of shady trees , captivating roads and over bridges .                                                                                     TRAVEL  (  9  )                        I was having whatsapp communication with a number of friends in India as well as Indians living in US.I was giving and getting messages from these persons, sharing with one another what we come to know.This always led to a feeling that  I was not in a foreign soil, though actually.I was.The Indians who were spread in different parts of US  had their own local associations .                                                                    TRAVEL(8  )                   One such  evening at 7 30 pm the alarm bell rang and Cheenu alerted me to hurry up but I could not speed up . The others all went down to the road for safety. I was asked by him to remain in my own room itself  without panic. Two fire engines came to the scene . In fact , the fire problem has been in the car shed attached to our building and Cheenu had talked to the firemen regarding my case and in the case of evacuation I should be helped.                                                TRAVEL  (  7  )                                          The Library which I mentioned about in the previous episode has a huge number of valuable books dealing with various topics, science  literature , phylosophy  ,medicine or  any other sphere of knowledge. One can spend his or her time usefully either reading one's topic of interest and liking , at the building itself or take them home if you desire after registering yourself as a member with proper documents.Cheenu  ,as a member brought some five or six books for my reading. .I understsnd that a lot of contributions have been done by our Indian greats like Saguru of  Isha Foundation and Many Swamijies who are acceptable ...

                                        TRAVEL  (  6  )                                                       There are many Indian families spread  through out  the differeent states of U S., California is not an exception.Some of these Indians are really very big shots and own their own software companies ,some others doing some other business. Some others are Professors in the Universities.Their intellectual and economic contribution to the US govt's  growth is sizable.The Tamilians among those Indians have their own cultural associations and they even bring out monthly magazines like " Thenral " to highlight their achievements in their own spheres of activiiies  For the Tamil chilren , standard text books are prepared...

                                                  TRAVEL  (   4   )                       Next evening ,we went to a nearby lake and  had a small walk for  fifteen minutes and sitting on a bench  we got nice breeze for some time .C took me to the Oracle complex consisting of six  separate buildings of giant size ,covering  a vast area .
