                                In the middle of the Election , process, voting was almost over in some of the leading States which led to the guess that Joe Biden is ahead of his rival candidate Donald Trump.With more results coming forth and the process ending on 3rd November, this guess proved to be correct. The Democratic candidate Biden became the President  of US  and Kamala Haris was chosen as the Vice-President.


                                                     On 25th October, C and self had a small stroll in the evening within Foster city area and entered the attractive  ISLAND APARTMENT. As the name suggests, it is a collection of well constructed houses  as a single unit surrounded on all sides by sea water. There is a common  cut bridge to enter and exit the Apartment.C was telling me that initially he was trying to have his residence here in this apartment but it slipped out in the last minute.But we could not spend much time there due to the chill weather and biting cold. Winter had already set in with full force. To guard against it, one  had to be armed with  socks for the feet, cap for the head , woolen sweaters , and  hand gloves. Temperature had already fallen and heaters had to be used. For night  sleep, a  good blanket was an additional requirement.

            Another visit  of enjoyment  is to LEO JRYAD park , a beatifully constructed Beach cum park designed in such a way that the children can play, olld people can walk and middle ageds can run. There were boating facilities too. On the day of our visit ie on 15th November there was a good crowd  and almost all the persons were seen observing the pandemic disciplines like wearing nof  masks , maintaning  distance  and other precautionary measures.Enough sit outs were there to sit on, to get the sea breeze  . Some  couples were found dancing too! 

                                  For my return to India , Srimathi was requested  to make a trip since she had US  visa and also for the fact that the trip would give her an enjoyment.It was arranged to give effect to the plan, It was decided that she leaves Chennai on 20th November by Air India Flight via Hydrabad  and Delhi and lands down at SFO  on 21st.

The usual protective wears like socks, hand gloves ,shirts, over coats and caps for our head , blankets were not required as before.    The chill rooms which needed heater so long felt no such need now.9|5 was a Saturday and therefore we had the chanting of Vishnu Sahasra namam at  4  30 pm .After that C took me outside for a small change.We did not go too for away, but at the nearby road itself, we  got a good sea breeze standing outside the car.                                                                                TRAVEL  (  15  )                                On 14th, August, all of us went to Sanfrancisco Bay area to have  a closer  look of  landing and taking off  by the flights.
